INFORMATIONAL SESSION ON PHASE 2 STREET SCAPE IMPROVEMENTS

The Streetscape construction project, expected to last about 9 months, will make improvements along North Main Street from Academy to Ennis Street, a portion of Broad Street in Varina and the side streets of East and West Vance, Raleigh, Depot, First and East and West Academy in downtown Fuquay. As part of the bond projects approved by the citizens of the Town of Fuquay-Varina, the Board of Commissioners elected to move forward with the construction of the Streetscape project which began in January.

CURRENT SCHEDULE OF WORK ACTIVITIES

On-going: Main Street - Jones Street to Ennis Street (both sides)
April 12 - May 14th: Broad Street
May 17th - May 28th: Raleigh Street & Depot Street
May 24th - June 4th: First Street
June 7th - July 1st: Vance Street
July 12th - August 6th: Academy Street
August 9th - End Of Project: Main Street - Academy to Jones Street (both sides)
