Who makes the Best Brunswick Stew?

Fuquay-Varina Downtown is hosting the FIRST annual Brunswick Stew Cook-Off on Saturday, September 24th during Downtown Bounty.

Individuals, businesses and non-profit groups are encouraged to show off their cooking skills and compete to see who has the best tasting Brunswick Stew in Fuquay-Varina! This is a great opportunity for organizations or businesses to get out in the community and gain visibility. ...And winning the top prize can boost your bottom line by $300!

The cook/team with the most votes wins the 1st place prize. Second and 3rd place winners will have the 2nd and 3rd most votes respectively. The day of the event, taste tests will be limited to 5 per person so that the contest will not be swayed by one person purchasing a large number of tasting tickets.
