2013 Goals

1. Expand the human and financial resources for Fuquay-Varina Downtown.
2. Attract more people to the downtown areas and increase awareness of Fuquay-Varina downtown districts, the businesses and our heritage.
3. Make the downtown areas more visually inviting, safe, accessible and appealing.
4. Increase foot traffic and investment in our downtown.

2013 Objectives

1. Increase sustainable activity, involvement and investment in the downtown areas and encourage a sense of community.
2. Develop downtown as the preferred destination and introduce the public to what our downtown districts and businesses have to offer.
3. Increase curb appeal and visually identify our unique downtown districts.
4. Make the downtown areas economically viable and successful.
